• Head of the World Bank project: Development and poverty reduction strategy of Montenegro (2002-2003);
• Regional development of Montenegro 1998-2000. The Government of Montenegro, (Head of project)
• Economic and ecological aspect of development (1998-2000), member of the project team financed by Ministry of education and science, Podgorica, Montenegro.
• Author of a few books: The EU and Montenegro: Enlargement policy (2012), Goals of social, economic and territorial cohesion (2012), Economic development (1996, co-author), etc.
